My Gym

I got suddenly health conscience and started to for a lifestyle club. The Next Generation Health Clubs, one of the best clubs in australia.

Manytimes me and my friends had a feel that we have to be a member in this gym and they all finished their degree and went to make some hard money in sydney and melbourne. iam in my last semester and joined in the gym and enjoyed the most out of it.

i workout for 125 to 140 minutes on some cardio`s and some little weights which my personal instructor adviced me to do. after that swimming for 20 minutes and then steam, sona and spa.. the most enjoyable place in the gym.

After relaxing in celcius, back to home and jump into my laptop for some time, have some breads for dinner and sometimes briyani (my friend cooks well) and then to bed.

iam going for gym for the past one month and i feel something physically.. letsee how long my gym is going to work on, but i have to go regularly and iam doing it as much as possible..




1 month ..30 days! thats a big achievement..good on ya mate!
