3 Mobile - Going Crazy in Mobile Handsets
"Its good to be 3- but its really bad to be with 3".
3 Mobile - covering mostly all parts of Australia and having a good customer base in Australian telecom industry. As i know up to the date all my friends and known persons are hanged in 3 mobile and the mobile phones they provide with the cap plans with 24 month contract.
Some of the Mobiles provided by 3 mobile is good and cap plans are also good comparing to all other telecom providers in Australia. this is what i think coz iam also strucked up with 3 mobile and to be honest iam ok with the mobile and contracts..
One of my friend switched to 3 mobile from optus prepaid on seeing the Nokia 6280 mobile given by 3 mobile. Actually we changed him to 3 coz we all already changed to 3 mobile. My mobile history is big and when i landed in Australia i brought a vodafone prepaid and luckily i got a fancy number. so i am not ready to loose my number and vodafone is costly to use. so i switched to optus and then to 3 mobile. okay lets come to the story...
My friend got his handset and all going fine and everyone started getting a little problems in phone. one day he`z not able to get any incoming calls and also outgoing. As usually checks and repairs from nokia center organised by 3 customer care and again the problem goes on. He gave the mobile 3 times to repair and no use of it.
so we called the customer care and asked for replacement mobile and simply the customer care guys said " Sir, Your mobile is still in warranty and you have to service it again and we cant provide you a replacement mobile". Already he went 3 times to Nokia repair center and no use in that. The customer care guys are not ready to accept that and that's totally bullshit from 3. And 4th time he gave it to Nokia center for repair. we may also blame the Nokia care but its not our problem coz its a tie between 3 and Nokia.
Its the duty of 3 mobile to give another mobile by taking the old one back coz he brought it from 3 mobile not from nokia center or dealers. Marketing their new plans using latest mobiles is not the best business, but maintaining it is the good business. A service provider should be a service provider not a money minded concern.
The 3 customer care is in India and those guys are really pain in ass. The worst customer service in telecom is 3 mobile`s customer care.
